I believe strength training have an important role in keeping us fit, strong and healthy. It plays an important part with injury rehabilitation, reducing muscle tightness and especially chronic pain, such as low back pain.

It doesn’t mean you need to be lifting excessive weights (unless this is your goal) or spending hours in the gym. Incorporating simple resistance-based exercises that can be done in the comfort of your own space, will not only strengthen your body, but also provide support and stability where needed.
